Payment Plans

We offer payment plans for all jewellery in 2 - 4 installments. Please email us at contact@susannahkingldn.com to discuss a plan.

Shipping and fees

All items are shipped via DHL and are fully insured. A tracking number will be provided once the shipment is booked.

Customs fees and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure you are available to sign for your shipment. If you are unavailable to sign, you as the receiver are responsible for any return shipping fees / additional fees.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be absolutely over the moon with your jewels. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to offer a 30-day return for a credit note or an exchange of equal value, in accordance with UK law.

We will refund sales made through our website within 14 days if the item is returned unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We must recieve the item back within 14 days of reciept.

Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies are:

  • Made to order pieces

  • Commissioned pieces (bespoke)

  • Customised pieces (ie. resized rings, custom chain lengths, engraved jewellery etc)

Repairs

Susannah King Jewellery is made to last, but we understand that life happens! Should your piece need a repair or reconditioning, please reach out to us via email at contact@susannahkingldn.com.

Each piece must be assessed by our team of expert goldsmiths to analyse the nature of the repair. On a case-by-case basis, repairs will be subject to a fee.
