Customisation
Susannah’s collection of works is completely customisable. This means that you can order a style we already create in your own special colour-way or metal colour.
We offer customisation in 14ct gold (white, yellow or rose), 18ct gold (white yellow or rose) and platinum.

Susannah’s unique designs and style can be reimagined in your very own way. Whether you’d like a bespoke band, engagement ring or special jewel, Susannah can design and create an entirely unique piece for you.

The Bespoke Process - What to Expect

We encourage you to visit our Kensington Store or have a virtual meeting to discuss the intricacies of your bespoke idea. Please email us for further information.
Process Guideline:
Stone sourcing: This involves sourcing stones discussed in your appointment. This process can take 2 weeks to a month. You may come in for a scheduled appointment to view the stones should you wish.
Design: This involves sketching and colouring designs to convey a visual idea of a finished concept. Designs may be altered to better suit your tastes. This process usually takes 2 weeks to a month.
Wax Carving: Once a design is chosen, a wax is carved to provide a 3D maquette of the piece. You may come in for a scheduled appointment to try on your wax, and it is encouraged. This process usually takes 2 weeks.
Casting, Cleaning up and setting: These are the final steps of the process. This process usually takes 2 weeks to a month. After the Casting, cleaning and setting is completed, you may collect your item or have it couriered to you after approval.
Reworking Heirlooms
Reworking heirloom pieces is an excellent way to create a sentimental bespoke item with pre-existing materials.
