Isabelle Gearing
A graduate gemologist from GIA with formal training at BAJ, Isabelle combines technical knowledge with hands-on craftsmanship. Isabelle’s career began developing and designing traditional engagement rings in Hatton garden, where precision, proportion, and exceptional quality were paramount.
As a workshop manager at SKL, Isabelle oversees the entire making process, working closely with our skilled team. With extensive expertise in gemstones and high-quality materials, Isabelle’s work is informed, meticulous, and built to last.

Charlotte McGarry
Charlotte is a purpose-trained goldsmith who has worked with SKL for just over a year. She trained with respected industry professionals, developing a strong foundation in traditional techniques and contemporary making. Her formal training at the London Jewellery Workshop further shaped her knowledge around gemstones and materials. With a deep respect for quality and process, Charlotte is a brilliant newest addition to the SKL team. Charlotte’s work reflects both technical excellence and a respect for gemmology and materials.
Operations ManagerVivien Harvey
Vivien is an experienced operations manager with a background managing large-scale organisations, including theatres, where precision and leadership were essential. Her career has also taken her around the world, selling jewellery and developing a deep understanding of both product and client experience. With a naturally personable approach, she thrives on meaningful interaction. She is known for building trust and long-lasting relationships wherever she works. Through her role at SKL, she plays a key part in nurturing a strong, connected community.
