We are excited to welcome you to our beautiful Kensington store. Please book an appointment to liaise about bespoke jewellery, view particular pieces or to select gemstones for a custom jewel.
Terms and Conditions
All sales of bespoke pieces are final.
Deposits for bespoke items are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for customs and import charges/taxes, and postage.
A window of 14 days is given for a full refund on non-bespoke items, and any item returned after that will not be refunded.
Refunds take 3-5 business days.
We do not accept returns on items altered by other artisans, and are not responsible for damage caused by the wearer.
