Our gem-first designs use an array of lab-grown and natural stones. We love lab-grown stones as a fun adage to our jewellery, and will always stipulate in the item description when an item contains lab-grown materials.
What stones do you use?
We use 14ct and 18ct golds to create beautiful, high-quality pieces.
What gold do you use?
Is this appropriate for everyday wear?
Our pieces are built to last and we are proud of that - but life happens! We cannot know the fun activities your pursue in your day-to-day, so suggest always wearing jewellery with care.
Can I supply my own stones and gold?

Aftercare
How should I care for my Susannah King piece?
Handle your jewellery with care and remove it before sleeping, exercising, or doing household chores.
Avoid wearing jewellery during heavy lifting or manual work, as it can bend, scratch, or weaken over time. Jewellery is precious and carefully crafted, but it isn’t indestructible—treat it with the care it deserves.
For lasting beauty, have your pieces professionally checked and cleaned from time to time. (We offer this service! please contact us at contact@susannahkingldn.com)
How should I insure my piece?
We suggest contacting T H March to ensure proper advice and help when insuring your jewels.
What should I do if my piece gets damaged?
We understand that life happens! Reach out to us and we will provide an estimated quote of repair and wait time. Catch us here at contact@susannahkingldn.com and check our repairs policy here.
Can I take my SKL piece to another jeweller?
We ask that you allow our trained team of jewellers to work on our pieces only. Should another jeweller work on your Susannah King London piece, all future responsibilities and repair requests are null.
Shipping and Taxes
Orders within the UK and internationally ship via DHL insured express shipping.
How will my order ship?
We do not cover customs fees, nor can we calculate their cost.
